FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about rcc & structural works and how we work.

What is the construction cost per square foot in Chennai?

It depends on the specification you choose: structure, flooring, fittings, doors, windows and finishes. We give you an itemised written quote after a free site visit, so you can see exactly where every rupee goes and adjust the specification to match your budget.

How long does it take to build a house?

A typical independent house of 1,500 to 2,500 sq ft takes around 8 to 12 months from the start of construction, depending on size, design complexity and weather. We share a stage-wise schedule before we begin and update you every week.

Do you help with plan approval and permits?

Yes. We prepare the drawings and guide you through the approval process with the relevant local authority. Approval timelines and fees are set by the authorities, and we keep you informed at every step.

What materials do you use?

We use branded, tested cement, TMT steel, bricks or blocks, waterproofing, tiles and fittings. You choose the brands and finishes with us, and we share purchase bills on request.

How do payments work?

Payments are linked to construction milestones such as foundation, slab and finishing stages, as agreed in a written contract. You never pay a large amount in advance.
